Private Events

ALL PRIVATE EVENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED AND APPROVED PLEASE EMAIL newpagetheater@gmail.com to reserve.

1. Currently playing movie: Admissions for currently playing movies is $9/adult and $7/child (under age 11).  Due to licensing restrictions, your group must watch your film during regular business hours.  

• Private rental costs for now playing films varies based upon the number of guests.  

• A flat auditorium rental fee of $100 is required.

2. Older “repertory” movies: Rental cost includes private auditorium rental and film licensing fee. Film start time is flexible depending on availability but must be within normal business hours. 

• In the event that we do not have a copy of your chosen film, please bring in a DVD copy at least 24 hrs in advance of the party so we can ensure it is working properly. 

• The flat auditorium rental fee plus the cost of licensing is: $275.00. A non-refundable deposit of $175 for licensing fees is required. Cancellation notice must be given at least 48 hours prior to the event. While we do our best to accommodate emergencies, we are not responsible for no shows.  

• Disney does not allow for us to play their older movies on Blu-Ray/DVD so we CANNOT furnish any requests for Disney films at this time.

• You may bring birthday cake/cupcakes/ice cream!  

PLEASE NOTE: Concessions will be available for purchase but are not included in either of the packages.  No outside food or drinks are allowed unless otherwise noted.  One table can be furnished upon request.  We reserve the right to add a cleaning fee if excessive clean-up is required.
