The Big Pink Theater in the Center of Town
Where it All Started
Pink on the outside, intricately designed on the inside, The Page Theater is the creation of one man named Jerry Spencer. It is impossible to talk about the theater without talking about Jerry himself, as he put his whole self into the Theater. That’s where the charm comes from.
Where We Are Now
The theater is owned and operated by 4 members of the Hokes, a local family who reopened the theater in 2019, after Jerry’s unexpected passing. Keeping up with most of Jerry’s traditions, the Hokes have returned the iconic theater back to regular showings and giving a piece of history back to our community. We have also finished to 2 back apartments Jerry had started and turned that into Airbnbs he would definitley be proud of. Check out our listings at:
